Monarch Healthcare is recruiting for a Registered Nurse Days to join our dedicated team at Heeley Bank Care Home in Sheffield, S2. At Heeley Bank, we offer care and nursing support to older adults and individuals living with dementia.

Registered Nurse Days - Position details:

  • Hours: Full or part time hours
  • Shift Times: 07:45-20:00. We work on a rota basis which includes alternate weekends and some bank holidays
  • Rate of pay: Up to £21 per hour
  • Location: Heeley Bank Road, Sheffield, S2

Responsibilities: As a Registered Nurse at Monarch Healthcare, your days will be varied and will include:

  • The formulation of person-centred care plans – Reviewing and updating of care plans to reflect client need, ensuring Care Plans are completed and maintained in consultation with Clients, Relatives and other Health Care Professionals, and in accordance with NMC guidelines and Company policies.
  • Administration of medication – Administer prescribed medicines and document the same in accordance with the Company’s procedure and NMC guidelines.
  • Monitoring of resident well-being – Report any ill health amongst Clients and make requests for GP and Professional visits where necessary.
  • Supervision of the care team when acting as the nurse in charge, ensure a clear and concise handover report is given to all relevant Staff Members at the end of each shift.
  • Liaise with Healthcare professionals

Haddon House is a bright and spacious care and nursing home in Clowne (S43), offering a welcoming environment and a chance to be part of a dedicated care team.

Cook position details:

  • Rate of pay: Up to £12.50 per hour, dependent on experience and qualifications
  • Hours: 07:00-16:00, working 4 shifts per week
  • Schedule: Rota basis, including alternate weekends and some bank holidays
